Kandinsky

We looked at some pictures of houses by a famous artist called Kandinsky. He used rectangle and triangle shapes. He painted with bright colours. We made some pictures of houses using shapes and colours like Kandinsky.

Breakfast at school

We know how to keep ourselves safe and healthy and we can make our own breakfast. We had breakfast at school. We made cereal and toast.

Happy birthday

We had a birthday in Room 4. Tama had a delicious cake and we all sang Happy Birthday. Now you are six.

All Blacks

Go the All Blacks.

We imagined that we were swallowed by a shark and we wrote a poem.

None of the other fish liked the Rainbow Fish. They just swam away from him. But he met a wise octopus. The octopus told him the waves have told me that you have not been kind to the other fish.

So Rainbow fish shared his shiny scales with the other fish.
Then he had lots of friends.

I got lost in the Bunnings Warehouse and I told a lady in the shop and she helped me.

She got a telephone and she told the whole shop.

My Mum said "Where are you?"

We made a picture for the big big picture book at Night Magic.
Our picture was about Hoha the Taniwha. He was a hero because he saved the people from the enemies.

We went to the swimming pool.

How far did it go?

We took our pulse rate, then we turned the handles on the grinder as fast as we could. When we took our pulse rate again, our heart was pumping much faster.

At the museum we learnt about our body. We know our heart pumps the blood around our body.

We are learning how to use the Bee-bots today. We can solve problems.
